We are sure you will have a pleasant stay and make wonderful memories in our “Igloo” House. On the upper floor is the master bedroom, with a double-bed and also with an-ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has large sliding doors which give direct access onto a private terrace with table and chairs. There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
The property also benefits from ample storage areas, a solarium and a fantastic community pool area. Maintenance charges are very low on this property in comparison to other communities in the area, we highly recommend a viewing on this superb home. This centric hotel overlooks Seville’s Plaza de Armas mamparas de baño Square. Just 200 m from Seville Bus Station, it is a 15-minute walk from the cathedral and Giralda. The hotel is located in the Nervión commercial area, very close to Santa Justa train station and just a 25-minute walk to the old town of Seville. We are also just a 5-minute walk from the Sevilla F.C.

The central location of Feria Street, next to the Alameda de Hércules and only 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, makes this apartment a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Brand new residential complex with 6 detached villas for sale in Villamartin. The villas all have a parking space, a solarium and 3 villas come with a basement. This former 18th century vestry, now converted into a three-star hotel, is located in the heart of the historical quarter of Seville, La Alameda de Hércules. Excellently communicated by car and bus, and just a 5 minute walk from the centre. La Alameda de Hércules has been Seville’s largest avenue since the 16th century. A fashionable district which blends all the baroque classicism of the city with the avant-garde trends of Seville.

It was immaculate throughout and a welcome retreat during the hottest part of the day. In addition, the spiral staircase leading to the top floor is not easy for larger people or small children (luckily we are slim!). The upstairs bedroom also has a very high and sharp door sill which can be dangerous. My husband tripped over it when coming out of the bedroom once and nearly fell down the stairs.
A small patio is directly outside the kitchen and up a few steps you have a nice sized, approx. 7.5m x 7m2 private garden with large brick built store shed and a smaller side shed. The roof on the street side has been renewed but the roof at the rear of the house needs to be changed. There is the possibility of putting a second storey on this house to put the bedrooms upstairs along with another bathroom and then opening up the area just inside the front door. You would of course need planning permission to do this.

All rooms are en-suite, equipped with kitchen, fridge, hob, extractor hood and microwave. Ayre Sevilla’s Plaza Nueva restaurant serves a breakfast buffet. A range of tapas is available at the Portico snack bar.
The smaller of the buildings is two storey and has an open fireplace and would make a great chill out area, music room, office or even a tiny self contained one bed house. This building is between the bungalow and the garden and has a really nice patio area. The other two buildings are on the right hand side of the plot. Both are two storey and can be converted into additional personal living space. One of the buildings could be made in to a cute holiday rental with it's own garden and entrance from the side street.
